Robert Serda is the owner and founder of Island Sky Sound Design & Post.  He is an award winning Recording Engineer, Sound Designer, and Re-Recording Mixer with over 30 years of recording and post production experience.

After spending the first few years of his career working on a wide range of projects, from advertising to film, Robert has spent the last 24+ years focused on sound for animation. He has recorded dialogue for well over 3000 television episodes, including Samurai Jack, Dexter's Laboratory, The Powerpuff Girls, 

Star Wars: Clone Wars, Regular Show, and Adventure Time.

Robert has also created sound design and mixed for multiple award winning shows including Ben 10, Uncle Grandpa, Johnny Bravo, Apple and Onion, Summer Camp Island, and many others.

After relocating from Los Angeles, CA  to Maui, HI in 2021, Robert has continued to provide the same level of expertise and service on projects remotely, including post production sound mixing for Cartoon Network's Apple and Onion, Summer Camp Island, and various television pilots.  He has also continued dialogue recording and editing  for Unicorn: Warriors Eternal, The Amazing World of Gumball, and Genndy Tartakovsky's Primal...just to name a few.

Island Sky Sound Design & Post is the next chapter in Robert's career.  It is his personal studio, where he continues to serve clients with the same passion and drive that has allowed him to live out his dream of living on the beautiful island of Maui.
